We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. Unless your item is being returned due to a manufacturer or printing defect, we will not refund your original shipping costs. At this time, we are only able to provide return labels for customers residing in the US. Customers residing outside the US are responsible for obtaining and paying for their own return shipping labels.
A refund will be issued to the original form of payment once your return has been processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For health reasons underwear, socks, beanies, hats, and masks cannot be returned/exchanged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at email@example.com.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to cancel your order. We are able to cancel orders as long as they have not shipped out yet. We will accommodate your request if possible, but we cannot guarantee cancellation if your order has already been prepared for shipment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Holiday Notice: The following dates are our recommended last day to order to make sure your items arrive by December 24th, 2023.
Domestic (USA) Express Shipping: Order by December 17th.
Domestic (USA) Standard Shipping: Order by December 11th.
International Express Shipping: Order by December 15th.
International Standard Shipping: Order by November 28th.
It may take up to 5 business days for your package to be shipped out due to processing time. Please note the estimate listed in our shipping methods refers to the transit time after the package has left our facility. Listed transit times are estimates, and not guaranteed. All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Texas. Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, with the exception of public US holidays.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order is fulfilled. Some tracking numbers may take up to 7 days for tracking to update.
Preorders will ship when the product is produced and arrives at our fulfillment center. Estimated shipping times will be listed on the product pages. If your order contained multiple items and one of them is on preorder, your order will ship in full once your preorder item is released.
If you would like to update your shipping address and your order has not shipped yet, please email email@example.com with your order number and the new address. We will get to your request as soon as possible.
Return to Sender
If a domestic order is returned to us, we will work with you to reship your order, or you can choose to refund the cost of items instead. Once the item is returned and processed at our facility, we will reach out via email to confirm how you would like to proceed, and if we are reshipping, we would need to confirm the correct address to reship to, and also to invoice for the reshipment costs. Once the invoice is paid, the package will be reshipped.
If we do not hear back via email, we will refund the original item cost. Please note we are unable to refund original shipping charges, and we are unable to restore your order once a refund is processed.
